This 1991 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe was initially registered in the US and later exported to Canada, where it was sent to RUF Automobile in Victoria, British Columbia, for conversion to RCT Evo specification. The project was completed in 2024, and the car was subsequently purchased by the selling dealer and re-imported to the US. Power comes from a turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter flat-six with Bosch Motronic engine management that drives all four wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. Repainted in Linden Green, the car rides on 18? RUF wheels and is further equipped with anti-lock disc brakes, RUF exhaust components, adjustable Bilstein coilovers, an aluminum hood and doors, fog lamps, a sunroof, and a fixed rear spoiler. Inside, front bucket seats are trimmed in tan leather and are accompanied by automatic climate control, cruise control, green-letter instrumentation, a Porsche Classic head unit with navigation, and a RUF short shifter, drilled aluminum pedals, and door sill trim.The RCT, or RUF Carrera Turbo, was built on the Porsche 964 chassis from 1992 to 1997. The model was developed by Alois Ruf Jr. using spare components from Carrera 2, 4, and RS cars that had been converted to BTR IIIs. The RCT Evo model was introduced in the early 2020s as an evolution of the RCT, and it was available in either wide- or narrow-body styles with an optional full carbon-fiber skin. Beginning life as a Carrera 2, this example was brought to RCT Evo specification in 2024 by RUF Automobile Canada, with the installation of an aluminum bonnet and doors before being refinished in Linden Green. The car is outfitted with a sunroof, and further exterior details consist of headlight washers, fog lamps, RUF badging, blue-lens reverse lights, a rear wiper, and a fixed spoiler. The 18? RUF five-spoke wheels are finished in silver and mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires measuring 225/40 up front and 265/35 out back. The car is equipped with a front strut brace, front and rear anti-roll bars, and adjustable Bilstein coilovers at each corner. Stopping power is provided by anti-lock brakes with body-color Brembo calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated four-wheel discs. The refreshed interior houses front bucket seats re-trimmed in tan leather that extends to the door panels and rear jump seats. Black leather covers the dashboard, while black carpets line the floors. RUF-branded plates adorn the sills, and further appointments include a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power windows, a heated rear window, cruise control, automatic climate control, and a Porsche Classic head unit with navigation. The three-spoke RUF steering wheel is wrapped in leather and accompanied by a RUF short shifter and drilled aluminum pedals. RUF-branded green-letter instrumentation consists of an 8k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, a clock, and a pair of combination gauges. The turbocharged and intercooled 3.6-liter flat-six was installed by RUF as part of the build completed in 2024 and features Bosch Motronic engine management along with dry sump lubrication. Output in RCT Evo-specification was quoted by RUF at 425 horsepower and 420 lb-ft torque for a top speed of 198 mph. The cooling fan has been refinished in body-color paint. Power is sent to all four wheels through a RUF five-speed manual transaxle. The car is equipped with RUF exhaust components.
